It also provides easy access to the ancient ruins of Medin al-Zarhat and to numerous and varied walking/hiking routes amidst the pictures mountainous scenery.

CORDOBA´S HISTORY
Córdoba is a city in Andalucia, southern Spain, and the capital of the province of Córdoba. Located at 37.88° North, 4.77° West, on the Guadalquivir river, it was founded in ancient Roman times as Corduba by Claudius Marcellus.
The city of Corboda, which is a 30 minute drive away, makes for an interesting and worthwhile day-trip, especially the old part of the city surrounding the Mezquita. With many tapas restaurants, cafes and bars it is the perfect place to relax and soak up Andalusian culture after a day of exploration
